Our 4ft long biothane standard lead is the perfect addition to you & your dogs walk. Biothane is waterproof which means that you and your dog can enjoy adventure walks, whatever the weather without the inconvenience of a soggy, dirty lead! Simply wipe your lead clean.

Biothane is also highly durable, tear resistant and rot proof which makes them a great alternative to fabric leads!

We also include an ‘o’ ring within the handle of your lead so that you can use it to clip on poo bag holders (or whatever you want really!) and can also be used to clip onto itself to make for easier storage at home - see photos.

Our leads come in a variety of colours and metalwork choose your favourite combo!

Please note that biothane, although durable, will wear over time & with heavy use like any other fabric/material.

Our black, neochrome & rose gold metalwork are coated which means that over time and with use the colour can wear away. This doesn't affect the use of the metalwork, just the appearance. If you think you’d have heavier use of our products and would like to stray away from this then we suggest our silver metalwork. For example, this may be more appealing to a professional dog walker whose leads are in use multiple times a day.

All of our products are handmade which means that sizing may vary slightly and not always exact. Do not leave our products on your pet unsupervised.

To get the most out of your biothane product, clean any dirt off with warm (not hot), soapy water & dry. Ensure metalwork is clean from any dirt to prolong the lifespan.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item needs to have the invoice or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit/debit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
